Cultural activities that organized on our campus are essential for fostering a vibrant and inclusive community. Navoi State Pedagogical Institute organizes cultural events on monthly basis. By organizing these cultural events institute aims to highlight the following benefits:

1. On April 13, professors and students of the «Biology» department of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, A. Amonov, Chairman of the Navoi City Council of the Environmental Party of Uzbekistan, and G. Zohidova, an employee of the Regional Council, participated. Those who spoke at the roundtable gave speeches on the topic of environmental legislation and the factor of ensuring ecological rights, and gave a number of recommendations about the need for humanity to fight together to prevent environmental situations, as well as to provide insights into global environmental problems and their impact on humanity.

2 The festival, which was organized with the participation of professors and tutors of the faculty and students of the 2nd level, was attended by Uzbekistan, France, Korea, America, Mexico, China, Tajikistan, Italy, Azerbaijan, India, Brazil, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Egypt and another performances featuring traditions, culture, national dishes, tunes and songs of a number of countries were presented.

3 Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, and Navoi State University of Mining and Technologies organized a youth tourism festival «Youth Tourism: National Culture and Ethnosport» in Sarmishsay Gorge, Navbahor District, Navoi Region, in order to develop domestic tourism. The first day of the youth tourism festival «Youth Tourism: National Culture and Ethnosport» was held in Sarmishsay gorge. The first vice-rectors of HEIs, who spoke at it, expressed their opinion about the nature and purpose of this project, which was organized in cooperation.

Then, it was the turn of interesting games and musical performances by students of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. On the second day of the youth tourism festival, the students of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service visited the Museum of Memory of the Victims of Repression in the structure of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute.

After that, the next destination of the festival was Oktepa tourist resort. The team of the institute got acquainted with the unique nature of this park. «I am happy» psychological training was held in this place with the participation of the teams of HEIs. Also, the next destination of the representatives of higher education institutions was the «Chashma» historical-monument complex in Nurota district.

4 In the central culture and recreation park named after Alisher Navoi, raising national pride and patriotism among the youth of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, widely promoting national traditions that are still preserved despite the passing of centuries, and the reforms implemented in our country «National Values ​​Rally» was organized for this purpose.

Within the framework of the festival, national sports games: tug-of-war, stone lifting, five stones, as well as «street workout», intellectual game, exhibitions of paintings, costumes and handicrafts were shown. National values ​​and traditional performances, book fair made a great impression on everyone.

5 On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the adoption of the Law «On the State Language of the Republic of Uzbekistan» on October 21, 1989, «Tarihimsan, tadshidrimsan, my mother tongue!» literary-artistic event was held in a special spirit and uplifting mood. At the artistic and literary evening, professors and teachers of the faculty of Uzbek language and literature expressed their opinions about the incomparable role of our language in the formation, development, value and pride of the Uzbek language. Performances and poetry performances of the students of the faculty made the event attractive.

6 On May 19 of this year, the Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of English Language and Literature, in cooperation with the 1st year tutors and day and evening amateur theater groups of the 1st year, organized «Reading is dreaming» on the occasion of the completion of the subject «Home reading». with open eyes» report-presentation event was held. They took part in stage performances based on independently commissioned works, science-related questions and answers, and wall newspapers. They proved that they mastered science perfectly and showed their creative spirit from the 1st year.

 

After the event, the Faculty Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs D. Saibov, Advisor to the Dean for Women and Girls H. Khasanova and the tutors of the faculty met with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 20, 2021 PF-62-08- In accordance with the 12th paragraph of the Decree No., the retired teacher Fayziyev Farhod, who lives in house 20, 1, Construction Street, in the «Ş’alaba» neighborhood, attached to the Faculty of English Language and Literature of the institute, was visited to inquire about the condition of grandfather. 7 «Referendum-2023: Vote for your future!» «Referendum and youth» forum was held under the slogan.

In this forum, Anora Bobomurodova, head of the Navoi Region movement «Aqila Women», Kh. Kurbanovlar, a member of the Republic «Society of Spiritual Promoters» participated, and expressed their opinions on the amendments and additions to the Constitution.

In the artistic part of the event, children’s musical performances, dances of artistic teams, military performances of MIA academic lyceum students, students’ tunes and songs gave the circle a special charm.

8 In cooperation with the coordinators of the Youth Union of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute and the Faculty of Physics and Technology, the intellectual game «Zakovat» was organized in the student residence No. 3 in order to meaningfully spend the free time of the students.

After the competition, interesting games and a concert program were held with the students. In the concert program, the songs performed by the creative youth of the Faculty of Arts invited everyone to dance and shared a good mood.

9 On December 1 of this year, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, at the initiative of the tutors of the 2nd year D. Soibova, O’. Ismailova and the teacher of the Department of Social Sciences Sh. Atoyeva, Navoi State Pedagogical Institute English language and literature An event was held on the topic of «Interethnic harmony and religious tolerance» in the «Dostlik» House non-governmental non-profit organization by the students of the 2nd year of the faculty in groups 201 and 204. Information, scenes, dances and songs reflecting the traditions of representatives of different nationalities were performed at the event. The wonderful Tatar-Bashkir national songs sung by the representatives of the Tatar-Bashkir National Center were applauded by everyone. It was agreed to organize events in the future in constant cooperation with the center. On the same day, a roundtable discussion was held at the Faculty of Medicine in connection with the «World AIDS Day» on December 1. At the roundtable discussion, F. O’taganov, Regional IIB employee, N. Tursunova, Rector’s adviser on women’s issues of the Institute, S. J. Odilov, an employee of the Regional AIDS Center, and S. Hasanova, preventive inspector of the institute, spoke and said that AIDS is not contagious. and gave information to students and youth about its negative consequences.

10 February 14 is the birthday of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, successor of the great Timurid dynasty, founder of the Baburi dynasty, king and poet, historian. On the occasion of this historical date, the Uzbek Linguistics Department of NavDPI organized a literary and artistic event called «Goodness is heart…».

At the beginning of the event, the first vice-rector Kh. Kurbanov, the deputy chairman of the Veterans Department of Navoi region A. Karimov gave a speech and gave their scientific comments about Babur’s life and work.

After that, students of the Faculty of Uzbek language and literature performed musical and compositional performances based on Babur’s ghazals, dances, stage performances, and rubai.

Such spiritual events continue throughout the faculties.

11 On December 29, 1993, January 14 was declared «Defenders of the Fatherland Day» in our country. Every year, January 14 is widely celebrated in our country as «Day of Defenders of the Fatherland». In this regard, contests, competitions and festive events were held among the youth of NavDPI «Physics-Technology» and «Mathematics-Informatics» faculties. The teams were evaluated according to their socio-political, legal and spiritual literacy, intelligence, dexterity, skill in art, quick decision-making in unusual situations.
