- Navoi State Pedagogical Institute has a dedicated waste management team responsible for overseeing waste collection, recycling, and disposal across the campus.

Color-coded bins are placed across the campus to collect separately different types of waste (metals, glass, plastics) and labeled with clear signage to improve recycling rates.

Sewage Disposal
Proper sewage disposal on a campus is essential for maintaining hygiene, environmental safety, and public health. Therefore, NSPI has some methods to ensure effective sewage management:
- Sewage System Design
Sewage system of our campus is designed by the local company “Issiqlik manbai” (https://navim.uz/) to handle the volume of waste generated by the campus.
Designed system separates greywater (from sinks and showers) from blackwater (from toilets) for more efficient treatment.
- Regular Maintenance
Local company “Issiqlik manbai” (https://navim.uz/) conducts regular inspections of sewage systems to identify and address any leaks, blockages, or deterioration and schedule regular pump-out services for septic systems or holding tanks to prevent overflow.
- Wastewater Recycling
NSPI treat and reuse greywater for irrigation or toilet flushing, reducing overall water consumption.
Rainwater Harvesting: Collect rainwater to supplement water needs, reducing pressure on sewage systems.
- Public Awareness and Education
